We had a great experience. My son was born missing some teeth and after getting his teeth in the right position with Invisalign, Dr Sikora came up with a great plan for a Maryland Bridge to keep the space and fill in the missing tooth until he is old enough for implants.

Incredibly positive experience with Dr. Zurek and everyone in his office. Dr. Zurek is detail oriented, patient focused, and a true artist. While I was referred to him for cosmetic work, his expert eye identified and diagnosed an issue my dentist missed. Dr. Zurek referred me to and worked directly with the endodontist to coordinate care. Once complete, he focused on the repair. He took the time to talk me through what I liked and didn’t like about my current caps, explained what he saw from his chair, and outlined options for us to move forward. Details like shape, color, length, curvature, etc were all reviewed, discussed, and decided. He was critical in his review and took his time to obtain the best possible result. Today, I don’t hide my smile nor do I critique my teeth when they are photographed. I get to smile broadly. I’m so grateful for the friendly admin team. They were extremely responsive and incredibly helpful in scheduling the series of appointments, which was complicated by my proximity to the office (2 hours away!). I sincerely appreciate everything they did to accommodate my schedule and help me make this all work!

Dr. Zurek is a genius! He did not have much to work with for my whole mouth teeth reconstruction, but he was able to make magic of my teeth! I recently underwent a whole mouth teeth reconstruction, and I can say that it was a life-changing experience! The results are simply magical - my smile has been completely transformed. I have confidence in my smile again! And I feel better overall! From the very first consultation, I was impressed by the fabulous staff. They were not only professional but also incredibly friendly and personable. Each member of the team took the time to ensure I felt comfortable and informed thougthout the entire process. Appointments were timely, with minimal waiting. The attention to detail in the work done was exceptional. They listened to my concerns and tailored the reconstruction to fit my needs perfectly. I genuinely felt cared for every step of the way. Dr. Zurek is an artist and a perfectionist. I highly recommend this practice if you are considering any sort of reconstruction. I would 100% recommend Dr. Zurek to anyone needing prosthetics. I needed 4 replacement implants (which were originally done years ago in another state by another doctor), and my time with Dr. Zurek was such a positive experience. He takes so much pride in his work and I never had any doubts about getting the best final result possible. Dr. Zurek and his staff are so knowledgeable and friendly which helped make my entire experience easy and stress-free. Received my final porcelain teeth today and I am so happy with their feel, fit, and function.

On New Years Eve, our daughter had an accident and cracked her front tooth. Dr. Zurek and the entire office has been amazing thru the entire journey - From answering a text and a phone call on New Year's day, referrals to other amazing dentists for root canals and gum surgery and finally crowns for both of her front teeth. Dr Zurek always took the time to explain everything in detail and was very responsive when we had any questions during the process. He was in constant contact with her other dental specialists to make sure decisions were made as a team and in her best interest. He was forward thinking and wanted to ensure anything we did now (at age 16) wouldn't hinder any future corrections she may need. We really appreciated that he was looking out for her future and not just trying to get her in and out quickly. Her new teeth are beautiful! We highly recommend Ascend Dental for all of your dentistry needs.

Marianne N. My oral surgeon recommended that I see a Prosthodontist. I was very impressed with what I read about Dr. Craig Sikora. After Dr. Sikora explained the upper All-On-Four permanent implants and a few lower single implants, I knew I had chosen the BEST doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and caring. He put my mind at ease and explained every step and detail from start to finish. In December 2025, I had the All-On-Four permanent zirconia teeth put in. When I saw my smile, It was beautiful and perfect. Dr. Sikora is a dental architect! I recently completed a full-month restoration with Dr. Sikora and if I could give Dr. Sikora and his team 100/10 stars I would! I will be forever grateful to him for creating a beautiful, healthy, natural looking smile! Due to a hereditary condition, my teeth were weak, brittle and I had lost three molars. I had many crowns/implants on my back teeth and it was becoming time to preserve the front teeth by crowning all of them. I used my normal dentist to help me crown my front six teeth on the top and was very unhappy with the result. I sought out Dr. Sikora for help. As prosthodontists, Dr. Sikora and Dr. Zurek specialize in complicated cases like mine. Dr. Sikora spent enormous amounts of time listening to my concerns and my goals and together we came up with a plan I was comfortable with. He removed almost all my old dental work and replaced it with gorgeous, cohesive looking teeth. I am beyond thrilled with the result! Love Ascend Dental! Dr. Sikora did an amazing job on my full lower teeth restoration and Autumn his assistant is terrific! The whole staff is very professional from Becky and Haley at the front and office manager Christy, they are top tier. Teresa is sweet as well. My husband is a dentist himself so I know a lot about what makes a good practice work. This team communicates exceptionally well and takes great pride in running an outstanding practice.
